Clients can follow the process below from VPS selection and MT5 deployment through to reimbursement submission.
Clients may choose their own VPS provider. SPEC does not designate a provider; the provider reference list on this page may be used for reference.
Install MT5 in the VPS environment and confirm that the platform can start and connect normally.
Deploy EAs, indicators or copy trading tools to MT5 and confirm automated trading, strategy parameters and connection status.
Keep VPS and MT5 running normally and regularly check platform connection, EA status and account operation.
The reimbursement amount cannot exceed the actual VPS fee paid by the client. After each reimbursement is approved, 30 days must pass before the next application can be submitted.
Clients may submit the VPS invoice and proof of payment through Client Area Support Ticket or by email to [email protected]. After approval, the reimbursement amount will be credited to the client's SPEC Wallet.
Log in to Client Area, go to Support → Create Issue, enter the subject VPS Reimbursement Request, and upload the required documents.
Send to [email protected] with the subject VPS Reimbursement Request and state the requested reimbursement amount.
SPEC does not proactively send reimbursement reminders. Clients must monitor trading volume, invoice dates and cooling-off periods, and submit applications themselves.
Clients may choose a VPS provider based on their trading needs. To improve review efficiency, the bill should clearly show the client name, billing period, amount, currency and provider name.

Yes. If 30 days have passed since the last approved reimbursement and the trading volume in the 30 days before application meets the requirement, you may submit another application.
It is calculated based on Forex / Metal lots traded in the 30 days before the application date.
The earliest application date is 07/15 or later. The cooling-off period is calculated as 30 days from the previous approval date.
No. SPEC does not proactively send reimbursement reminders. Clients must monitor the cooling-off period and submit applications themselves.
The invoice must be issued within 30 days before the application date. Invoices older than 30 days will not be accepted.
The reimbursement amount will be credited to the SPEC Wallet. Withdrawals follow the platform's standard withdrawal process.
Yes. You may resubmit after supplementing or correcting the documents; the processing time will restart.
