Market Hours Overview
- Spec Markets’s trading server and chart times operate on GMT+2 or GMT+3 during U.S. daylight saving time. Trading for all forex pairs runs from 00:01 to 23:59 server time, Monday through Friday (closing slightly earlier at 23:57 on Fridays). For metals, trading begins at 01:02 on Mondays for gold and 01:00 for other metals (XAG, XPD, XPT), with daily closing at 23:59 and 23:57 on Fridays.
- To check the trading hours for any instrument, simply right-click on the symbol in the Market Watch panel of your MetaTrader platform, then click “Specification”. A detailed window will open showing the exact trading schedule and other contract specs. Please note that trading hours may change—always refer to your trading account for the most accurate information.
