VPS Usage Process
Clients can follow the process below from VPS selection and MT5 deployment through to reimbursement submission.

客戶可自行選擇 VPS 服務商。SPEC 不指定供應商，可參考本頁面「VPS 服務商參考」列表。
購買并登入
- 完成 VPS 購買，并保存發票或收据
- 保留银行或支付平台付款記錄
- 按照服務商指引登入遠端 Windows 环境
安裝 MT5
在 VPS 环境中安裝 MT5，并確認平台可正常啟動及連線。
登入交易帳戶
- 使用本人名下 SPEC 真實帳戶登入 MT5
- 帳戶须完成 KYC 身分驗證
- 帳戶狀態须正常，且无違規記錄
部署交易工具
将 EA、指標或跟单工具部署至 MT5，并確認自動交易、策略參數及連線狀態正常。
保持平台在线
请保持 VPS 与 MT5 正常運行，并定期檢查平台連線、EA 狀態及帳戶運行情况。

報銷金額不超過客戶实际支付的 VPS 費用。每次報銷批准后，须满 30 天方可提交下一次申請。
提交報銷申請
客戶可透過 Client Area Support Ticket 或發送郵件至 [email protected] 提交 VPS 發票及付款記錄。審核透過后，報銷金額将存入客戶 SPEC Wallet。

登入 Client Area，进入 Support → Create Issue，填写主题 VPS Reimbursement Request，并上传所需資料。
發送至 [email protected]，郵件主题填写 VPS Reimbursement Request，并注明申請報銷金額。
SPEC 不主动發送報銷提醒。客戶须自行關注交易量、帳單日期及冷卻期，并主动提交申請。

客戶可根据交易需求自行選擇 VPS 服務商。为提升審核效率，帳單应清晰顯示客戶姓名、帳單週期、金額、幣種及服務商名稱。

保持遠端环境开启，并定期檢查伺服器、平台及網路連線狀態。

可以。距上次報銷批准已满 30 天，且申請日前 30 天内交易量達標，即可再次提交申請。
以提交申請当日为基准，向前計算 30 天内的 Forex / Metal 交易手数。
最早可于 07/15 或之后再次申請。冷卻期自上次批准日起計算 30 天。
不会。SPEC 不主动發送報銷提醒，客戶须自行關注冷卻期并主动提交申請。
帳單日期须为提交申請日前 30 天内开具。超過 30 天的帳單将不予受理。
報銷金額将存入 SPEC Wallet。如需提款，请按平台標準出金流程操作。
可以。補充或更正資料后可重新提交，處理時效将重新計算。
