Funding

Spec Markets currently supports deposits via USDT on the following networks:

• TRC-20 (TRON)
• ERC-20 (Ethereum).

Warning:Please ensure you select the correct network when making a transfer. Sending funds via an unsupported network may result in permanent loss of funds.

• Amount
• Minimum deposit: USD 50
• Maximum deposit: USD 1,000,000.

Cryptocurrency deposits are typically credited within 15 minutes. In some cases, funds may arrive sooner depending on network conditions.

If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please check the following before contacting support.

• Amount mismatch — The amount paid does not match the amount entered in your deposit order
• Wrong network selected — Funds sent via an unsupported or incorrect network (e.g. BEP-20 instead of TRC-20 or ERC-20) cannot be automatically credited.

• Confirm that your payment was successfully submitted and broadcasted on-chain (i.e. a transaction hash / TXID has been generated)
• Verify that the correct network was selected and that the payment amount matches your deposit order exactly.

If the issue persists, please contact our support team with the following information:

• A screenshot showing both the sender's and recipient's wallet addresses
• The transaction hash (TXID) if available. Support hours: 5 days a week, 24 hours a day

• Email: [email protected]. Enquiries submitted outside of support hours via support ticket or email will be attended to as soon as support resumes.

Log in to your Client Area and navigate to Deposit. Select Bank Wire Transfer to view the current receiving bank details, supported currencies, and applicable deposit limits.

Warning:Receiving bank details are subject to change. Always refer to your Client Area for the most up-to-date information. Do not reuse previously saved bank details.

Once you have confirmed the receiving bank details and that your transfer amount falls within the applicable limits, proceed to initiate the transfer via your bank's online banking or in-branch service. Important — Reference field You must include your Client ID (CID) or MT5 account number in the reference field of your transfer. Transfers submitted without a valid reference may experience delays or fail to be credited.

After completing the transfer, please submit your payment receipt via a support ticket in your Client Area. Our support team will follow up with our payment partner to confirm the status of your transfer.

Transaction limits vary by payment method. The applicable limits are also displayed in real time on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages in your Client Area.

Tip:Limits shown above are for reference only and may be updated from time to time. Always refer to your Client Area for the latest applicable limits at the time of your transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the following cut-off schedule:

• Amount
• Minimum withdrawal: USD 50
• Maximum withdrawal: USD 1,000,000.

In accordance with our withdrawal policy, the following rules apply:

• Deposit amount — Must be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Profits and excess funds — Once the deposit amount has been returned via the original method, remaining funds may be withdrawn via alternative methods, including:
• Bank wire transfer
• USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20).

Spec Markets does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or cryptocurrency provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of our control.

Withdrawal requests may be rejected for the following reasons.

One or more of your MT5 accounts has a negative balance. Please contact our support team to resolve this before resubmitting your withdrawal request:

In accordance with our withdrawal policy, deposit amounts must be returned via the same payment method used for the original deposit. Profits and excess funds may only be withdrawn via an alternative method after the deposit amount has been fully returned.

• You will be notified via Notification in your Client Area
• The rejected amount will in most cases be returned to your wallet immediately
• You may resubmit your withdrawal request once the issue has been resolved.

Bank wire transfers are subject to the following processing times:

• Estimated processing time
• Deposit: 2–5 working days
• Withdrawal: 2–14 working days.

Deposits:

• Missing reference — Your Client ID (CID) or MT5 account number was not included in the reference field
• Intermediary bank delays — Transfers routed through correspondent or intermediary banks may take additional time

Withdrawals:

• Account name mismatch — The account holder name on the receiving bank account does not match the registered name on your Spec Markets profile
• Incorrect account details — The bank account number, SWIFT code, or IBAN provided does not match your bank records.

• Payment details (for deposits) or receiving bank details (for withdrawals) are correctly entered and match your Spec Markets profile registration information
• SWIFT code and IBAN are accurate
• The receiving account holder name matches your registered name on your Spec Markets profile.

Spec Markets supports a variety of deposit and withdrawal methods. Available payment methods are dynamically managed and may be updated from time to time — please log in to your Client Area and navigate to the Deposit page to view all currently available options.

Payment methods may include, but are not limited to:

• Multi-currency bank wire transfer — CNY, ZAR, VND, IDR, KRW, JPY, MYR
• Cryptocurrency — USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20)
• Local payment methods (availability varies by region):
• Thailand — PromptPay
• Japan — Bitwallet
• China — Alipay, WeChat Pay.

You may deposit using your local currency. Funds will be converted to your account or wallet currency at the prevailing system exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Available account and wallet currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, JPY, HKD

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The applicable limits for each method are displayed on the Deposit page in your Client Area at the time of the transaction.

Spec Markets does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider (including electronic payment platforms and cryptocurrency providers) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of our control.
